Ndizihiwe Lincoln Roffe (born 27 Dec 2000), known professionally as Roffe Wander, is a Ugandan singer. Born and raised in Bukoto, Kampala. Roffe Wander began his career at the age of 18 as a writer before deciding to pursue music. After covering several songs by popular artists on Instagram, he posted his first original song on his page in December 2019. This brought him to the attention of mainstream

n early 2021, Roffe wander achieved mainstream recognition with his “MAN ABOVE ALL extended play and its hit track “FIRE BURN” which spent two consecutive weeks at number 30 on Ugandas top 100 , paving the way for the release of his first full-length studio album “Sugar and Spice” in 2021. Categorized mainly as Dancehall and Afro beats, the album has been met with favorable critical reception. It spawned two good songs in Uganda. The lead single “SUH MI SEY ” peaked atop the Top 50 chart.Roffe is currently working on a new studio album and still not yet signed to any label.

Roffe Wander has been doing music since 2019 and he specializes in making music concerning people with mental health issues.And in the last year he has worked with over ten organisations in and out of Uganda and on an average of 6/10 has been able to do recovery through his music.
