Muk decides: Nup adhoc commitee Makerere University dissolves

Makerere University National Unity platform (Nup) dissolved the ad hoc committee in line with the preparation of forthcoming guild elections slated in July.

5th-june-2022 is when the adhoc committee was dissolved according to Musiiri David, the head of institutions.

He thanked all the members of the adhoc committee for previous organizing and winning the guild election that brought in a one Shamim Nambassa into the guild house as president .

The letter reads,” insurmountable odds the committee was not only able to organize transparent party elections but went ahead to win the guild race and kick started the process of drafting the chapter constitution.”

The Muks 88th guild elections is slated in second semester of the academic year 2021/2022 and political parties are organizing the election process so that they can get the candidate who can battle in the race favourable.
