Kizza Byesigye arrested as he resumes the “walk to work” protest against abnormal commodity prices

Rtd. Col. Dr Kizza Byesigye announced how he was to resume the “walk to work” protest in disappointment of failure by government to curb the high increasing commodity prices in the country.

However, he has been arrested by police this morning as he attempted to move to town.

First we saw that it was the University students that came up to publicly protest against the unreasonable prices and now this has paved way for the elites.

The anticipation is that the situation may worsen if the government does not play a significant role to curb the commodity increase for many are not affording the basic necessities of life. A hungry man is an angry one.
