Kyambogo students in a strike for release of marks

Published

on

Following the late release of marks of last semester, the students of Kyambogo University lead by the 17th guild have decided to fight for their rights.

MOTIVE BEHIND

These students are under a theme ” Our parents and sponsors say they will only give us tuition for this semester after seeing of performance for the previous one, which results haven’t been uploaded on the students’ portals”
Secondly, there are many students who are having missing marks in course units they prove they did and but lecturers became irresponsible and lost the marks.

MATTERS ARISING

The university should tirelessly work with its lecturers to ensure students’ marks are uploaded on their portals on time before they seat for the final papers.
The lecturers should effectively consider the students’ missing marks.
