MUK GRC Pamera seeks injunction to halt EC Finance race

The 86th GRC for the School of Education, Nyangoma Pamera has petitioned the University administration in pursuit of an injunction overturning the recently declared results in the EC Finance race that pronounced Mr. Martin Wambona unopposed.

Pamera who was the leading contender was deleted off the EC aspirants list by the speaker Kampi Angel over a technicality that her semester load was insufficient. Kampi who holds vendetta against Pamera whom she suspects to be an ally to ex speaker Kamukama Godfrey resolved to eject Pamera to signify her vengeance towards her ex boss.

In Pamerah’s petition, she cites a span of irregularities in the concluded electoral process and seeks to overturn the specific results for the EC Finance slot in which she was initially a candidate. She refers to a precedent of an LDC students’ case where a one Amuron Dorothy ,a student defeated the administration when court ruled that ” _it is irrational to impart mistakes of the administration on students_”

Pamera a finalist at Education apparently has all her academic credentials and therefore suits to compete for the EC slot. However, the Bakooto group did not want her to run after predetermining that she would defeat their less prepared candidate a one Wambona.
