Kampala Central Mp Nsereko Fails to Show Up Twice in Court For the Election petition Filed By Fred Nyanzi

Lawyers representing the electoral commission have asked court to throw out Nyanzi Fred Sentamu’s petition arguing that it has failed to kick-off. Nyanzi is challenging Kampala central MP Mohammed Nsereko in court over a rigged election.

“It is absurd that the lawyers of the Electoral commission are now representing Nsereko. They are not being fair”

Said Nyanzi before the media after court proceedings.

Nyanzi however cries foul over Mohamad Nsereko’s failure to appear in court.

“Nyanzi says the former has not appeared in court for two times now. He hasn’t even put in his defence”

Court has only 30 days from today to hear these petitions. Both cases of Busiro and Kampala central parliamentary petitions were adjourned to Thursday 26th August.
