Kyu student leaders needs clarity on the online campus learning

According to kyambogo university academic calendar, it was supposed to reopen for face to face lectures on Monday 1st jan 2021,but during this same week, the president also came out with the directive that the reopening of the education institutions and university for non finalists should be extended for 3 month and therefor they should continue with the online lectures.

However on 29th-jan, the Vice chancellor Pro. Eli katunguka wrote a letter to inform all students that the university will adhere to the presidential directives and it will continue with online lectures.

In the reply to the vice chancellor’s letter by student leaders, they remind him that the online Campus learning program has failed to meet the objective for period under testing hence a need for review yet students have reported back, their off campus accommodation is readily available and is to commence on Monday 1st feb.
